#84 Meet Seth – 90 Real People Real Lives. #FASD

MEET SETH – Thanking the NPYD for protecting “his” city and praying with them that God keeps them safe.

I was born with fetal alcohol syndrome and was in the NICU for over four months. That’s when I went to my foster home and was adopted by my foster parents when I was four years old. My mom was just too sick to take care of me, so she did the next best thing, she asked my foster parents to adopt me. I know she loves me and is proud of me.

I am really funny and perform in our local Special O’Laughics comedy night. I bring down the house. I am also very artistic and love to build with Legos and K’Nex. I can also sing and I have a big heart.

STRUGGLES – I get anxious very easily and I don’t always understand teasing, so when someone teases me I get sad and upset. I’m learning to tell the difference between teasing and someone being mean, but it is hard for me.

I wish that all people in the world would just act like Jesus and the world would be at peace so we could all feel safe.
